✤ Chilli Prawns/Calamari: seasoned with S&P, saute in non stick pan, deglaze with 1/2 cup of lime juice. Add 1 tablespoon of Super Hot Chilli Sambal, a knob of butter, finish with herbs. Serve over rice or with salad.
✤ Spicy Chicken Marinade: Marinade chicken for 3 hours in a marinade of Super Hot Sambal, a dash of soy and toasted sesame seed oil. Lemon juice fresh coriander/cilantro then grill.

✤ Mezze Plate: A tea spoon in olive oil, along a side of hummus, your favorite dukkah and grilled crusty bread.
✤ Thai stone fruit salsa: Remove stone and chopped fruit, teaspoon of Super Hot Chilli Sambal, chopped chives, coriander, lime juice and a little sugar. Allow 1 hour for flavors to infuse. Spoon over duck, lamb, chicken, fish or salad.
