Relax, if you love your chilli this is only a 7/10. Fans have testified it is the perfect heat. This is a superb ingredient for anyone looking to add heat to any creation. A balance of bullet chillis, sweetened lemon, ginger and garlic making this much more versatile than the usual vinegar based chilli sauces out there. Serve on the side for those who want an extra kick to breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Get Creative!

Chilli Prawns/Calamari: seasoned with S&P, saute in non stick pan, deglaze with 1/2 cup of lime juice. Add 1 tablespoon of Super Hot Chilli Sambal, a knob of butter, finish with herbs. Serve over rice or with salad.

Spicy Chicken Marinade:
Marinade chicken for 3 hours in a marinade of Super Hot Sambal, a dash of soy and toasted sesame seed oil. Lemon juice fresh coriander/cilantro then grill.

Over scrambled eggs

Mezze Plate: A tea spoon in olive oil, along a side of hummus, your favorite dukkah and grilled crusty bread.

Thai stone fruit salsa: Remove stone and chopped fruit, teaspoon of Super Hot Chilli Sambal, chopped chives, coriander, lime juice and a little sugar. Allow 1 hour for flavors to infuse. Spoon over duck, lamb, chicken, fish or salad.
