✤ Chili Shrimp or Calamari: seasoned with salt and pepper, saute in non stick pan, deglaze with 1/2 cup of lime juice. Add 1 tablespoon of Super Hot Chilli Sambal, a knob of butter, finish with herbs. Serve over rice or with salad.
✤ Spicy Chicken Marinade: Marinade chicken for 3 hours in a marinade of Super Hot Sambal, a dash of soy and toasted sesame seed oil. Lemon juice fresh coriander/cilantro then grill.
✤ Over scrambled eggs, burgers, add to your spaghetti sauce or ketchup, anywhere you want some extra heat!
