Crepes with White Chocolate Banana Bread Dessert Spread
Ingredients: (yields approx 8-10 medium size crepes)
For Crepes:
1 cup flour
3 large eggs whisked
1 1/4 cups milk
4 Tablespoons butter melted
pinch of salt
butter or nonstick spray
For Garnish:
Fresh banana
Red Raspberries
Confectioners Sugar
100% Pure Maple Syrup
Wozz! White Chocolate Banana Bread Dessert Spread
In a large mixing bowl, add flour and salt. Whisk the eggs and milk together and then add mixture to bowl and whisk together. Whisk in the butter.
Heat a skillet or a flat crepe pan over medium heat until hot. Add a bit of butter or nonstick spray to pan and add approx 3/4 cup of batter to pan. Quickly rotate the skillet with your hand to disperse the batter around the pan. Cook for approx 1 minute on each side, using a rubber spatula to flip gently (or your hands).
Once finished removed from heat and place on plate with paper towel. I placed a paper towel between each crepe, as I cooked them.
Make sure to add additional butter or nonstick spray to pan, between making crepes.
Spread a thin layer of Wozz! White Chocolate Banana Bread Dessert Spread onto crepes, then fold crepe over and fold again forming a triangle. Top with fresh sliced bananas, red raspberries, pure maple syrup and a sprinkle of confectioners sugar.
