Pasta Salad with Basil Cider Dressing Recipe
Penne pasta 1 box
Cherry Tomatoes (approx 10 halved)
Fresh Basil (approx 10-12 leaves chiffonade)
Salami (approx 10 rounds sliced)
Medium Red Onion (1/2 finely sliced)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3/4 cup Wozz! Spiced Basil Cider Dressing
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente (approx 10-11 minutes). Remove and drain in colander and run under cold water.
Add pasta to large bowl, add sliced onion, cherry tomatoes, basil, salami, salt, pepper and Wozz! Basil Cider Dressing. Toss together, sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve. You may add more Basil Cider Dressing as needed.
