Jamaican Jerk Pineapple Chutney\u003c\/a\u003e to rice and combine - you can add extra if needed but save a little chutney for serving with your shrimp.  (I followed the package directions for my bag of jasmine rice, read the package you have to see if cooking instructions are the same or different - some packages call for rinsing rice before cooking and may call for different cooking times).\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhile rice is cooking, thaw out frozen shrimp by placing in a colander and running under cold water, remove skins and devein shrimp.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn a medium to large bowl, toss shrimp in oil and jerk spice.  Adding more oil or jerk spice if needed depending on your preference.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThread shrimp onto skewers.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBrush oil on your grill pan and turn onto medium high heat. Raspberry Red Wine Vinegar.\u003c\/a\u003e This adds acid and sweetness which helps balance the natural bitterness of the radicchio, but also will pull some of that bitterness out as it grills. Plus as a side note the raspberry flavor and radicchio pair very well together.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFirst, cut your head of radicchio in half and then into quarters ensuring the leaves stay intact and attached to the stalk.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGently pry the leaves apart just enough to drizzle a little \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/www.wozzkitchencreations.com\/products\/raspberry-red-wine-vinegar\"\u003eRaspberry Vinegar\u003c\/a\u003e between each leaf.
