Spicy Lychee Coconut and Lime Grilled Chicken

Sometimes simple is best. Chicken breasts are marinated in our Lychee Coconut Lime Dressing with a pinch of chili, salt and pepper, grilled and served with snap peas, red onion, fresh cilantro and lime wedges. The clash of sweet coconut, spicy chili and tangy lime makes these char grilled breasts simply delicious.
Recipe: Spicy Lychee Coconut and Lime Grilled Chicken
4 Chicken Breasts
Wozz! Lychee Coconut Lime Dressing
Snap Peas (blanched in boiling water for 30 seconds, remove and place in ice bath)
Red Onion Sliced
Mix together 1/3 bottle of Wozz! Lychee Coconut Lime Dressing, 1 tsp of chili flakes, pinch of salt and pepper. Marinade chicken breasts for 4 hours or overnight.
Preheat oven 425 degrees F
Brush grill pan with avocado oil Grill chicken breasts on medium high heat for 2 minutes on each side. Drizzle a bit more Lychee Coconut Lime Dressing on grilled breasts, transfer to oven and cook for an additional 5 minutes. (depending on on how thick or thin your chicken breasts are will determine cooking time - ours were medium thick)
Remove from oven. Arrange on serving platter or cutting board, rustic style with blanched peas, sliced red onion, cilantro and lime wedges. Drizzle with squeeze of lime and a pinch of chili flakes, salt and pepper. Enjoy.
