This Thai Peach Basil Salsa is a summer limited edition! We make this wonderful fruit salsa once a year using only fresh peaches, fresh basil, fresh lime and Thai chili spice. It's a labor of love, each peach hand cut by us. This is a fantastic salsa atop grilled chicken, swordfish, and mahi mahi and is also delicous with rich meats like pan fried duck. Spoon over a platter of assorted cold cuts sprinkled with your favorite fresh herbs or add to tacos. Add a little oil and fresh lime and dress a salad. A unique alternative salsa for tortilla chips!
