The sweet taste of Vermont apple cider, green apple hard cider and stewed apples with a lovely fresh basil finish makes our basil cider glaze perfect on pork or chicken.  It's an elegant addition to a baked Easter ham and sits perfectly as a gourmet sauce with duck.  Serve warm as a condiment over roasted meats or serve cold as a salad dressing.

Drizzle over roast chicken, pork or duck in the last 10 minutes of cooking for a sweet cider basil glaze.

Sauce: A wonderful side to gourmet sausages, grilled & roast pork or an Easter ham.

Drizzle over a grilled chicken wrap with sliced green apple, torn basil, and red onion.

Dressing: Salad of Granny smith apple, walnuts, celery, raisins, blue cheese and baby spinach
