Can I change my order or update shipping address?

If an order is still in the processing stages, updating purchases, adding a message or changing addresses is all very easy.  Send us a message with any update details and we will make adjustments on our end.

Do Items Shipped Include Receipt of Payment?  

No. Orders do not come with prices, discounts or sales total.  Orders only include a packing slip listing name and number of items ordered.  The receipt is only sent via email to the purchaser of the product, so there is no need to worry that the recipient of your gift, will see the price or receipt. 

How do I place orders online?

Ordering is easy and convenient. Simply select your product choices, add them to your shopping cart and click “check out” for your order total. Once you have entered your shipping address, the shipping total will appear to the right of the “payment options” screen.

How Do I Enter A Discount Code?

The box to enter the discount code is on the last page of checkout.  If you are having difficulty adding the code simply send us an email via our contact us page and we can add the discount. 


Can I Combine Discount Codes or Apply Them To Past Purchases?

No, we do not allow discount codes to be combined or be applied to past purchases.


Can I placed orders over the phone?

We do not take orders over the phone.  All orders must be placed online on our website.


How Do I Add a Personalized Message when Sending a Gift?

All of our gourmet gift collections are sent with a note personalized by you. When you place your order and go to your shopping cart you will see an area that says "Add A Note" with a message box where you can write your note. If you have any special instructions you can add it to this box as well. 

What Is Your Return Policy?


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30 day 100% money back guarantee for orders returned that include receipt of purchase.  The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  Please contact us via our contact us page for return instructions. If there is damage to your items on delivery or you received an incorrect order, please contact us via email on our contact us page and we will immediately replace the damaged items or missing items, free of charge.  A photo of the damaged item is requested prior to re-shipping the item.

What if I have a question, concern or inquiry about a product or ordering process?


Please contact us via email on our contact us page with specific questions, concerns or inquiries.  Please include your contact information and specific questions along with order number or purchase information (if regarding a product purchased) so that we can best assist you.


What are my payment options?

Orders can be placed online using our security gateway for Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express through Paypal or Direct Debit direct to our bank.  Please note that all orders must be paid prior to dispatch.

Is tax included?

No, Wozz! is currently under no obligation to charge tax to our online customers. As a result it is not included in the total sale price.

Do you have a minimum order quantity/price? 

No, however we do recommend a minimum order of 3 items due to the standard charges for packaging and postage. 

 


 

Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders will be packed within 24 to 48 hours of being placed (excluding Fridays, weekends and holidays) and delivery is usually between 1 and 4 working days depending on your location.  Please note we are not responsible for delayed shipping due to USPS or UPS delays and do not guarantee delivery dates.  Please check your order tracking that is emailed to you to check on tracking status of your order.  If you cannot find your tracking information, please check your junk mail or promotions folders.  We are not responsible for stolen packages.  If you are in an area with frequent theft, we advise to keep an eye on your tracking and delivery details to avoid theft.  We will do our best to assist you if your order has been delayed or you have not received your order, please send us an email via our contact us page (include your order number) or reply from your order confirmation email if you are experiencing a delay, delivery failure or are having difficulty tracking your package.

 

Do you ship to Post Office boxes?

Yes, we do for up to six items, however larger orders will require a physical address for delivery.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately at this stage we do not ship outside of the US 

 

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping rates are calculated by the courier for both UPS and USPS Priority.
            

What are your shipping options?

USPS Advantage - Discounted Ground -

Our preferred courier for shipping within the US is UPS couriers who offer regular ground shipping to most areas of the US.  We also ship via USPS Advantage for affordable shipping and Priority which is more expensive, but a faster guaranteed option.  Customers can choose their preferred carrier at checkout. We ship via the fastest or cheapest rate unless specified by the customer.

Do you have a minimum order quantity/price? 

No, however we do recommend a minimum order of 3 items due to the standard charges for packaging and postage. Also note the the difference of shipping from 6 items to 12 items is often only a few extra dollars. So to maximize savings combine your order with friends and family and share the shipping.

 



Products

How long do your products last after opening?

All of our products have a use by on the bottom of the container. This represents the recommended use by date.  The "Use By" date you see is for the life of the product prior to opening.  After opening we recommend to use within a couple of weeks however the quality is maintained often 3 months after opening under proper conditions. 

Do they need to be refrigerated?

Yes. We use no preservatives in any of our products, so we do recommend all products be kept in the fridge after opening, however all our products can be kept on the shelf before opening for up to the recommended use by date.  

Sometimes I buy the same product but it can look or taste different, why is this?

All our products are made from fresh ingredients and in small batches, so not every batch will be exactly the same. Sometimes suppliers, quantities, and strength of the ingredients themselves can vary, and we understand that this is both a blessing and a curse.

Having said that, the ingredients may simply settle out differently from batch to batch. We use the minimum of binders and thickeners and as a result separation of ingredients is natural. Simply shake well before use.


Can I still consume a product after it's Use By Date?

We do not recommend consuming a product after it's use by date or expiration date.  The Use By Date is 2 years from date of manufacture.  


I need products without any sweetener, what do you recommend?

Many of our chutneys and sauces are made with sugar, as a key ingredient for their consistency.

If you were interested in our creative ingredients that are either low or only contain the natural sugars present in the fruits, we would recommend looking at the following items in our range:

Which of your products are not Vegan?

We define Vegan products as those that do not include animal products of any kind, including egg, honey and fish sauce. Our non vegan products are:

  • Vietnamese Mint Lime and Chili (fish sauce)

  • Ginger Soy Infusion (fish sauce)

  • Sweet Orange Chili Sesame (fish sauce)

Which products contain wine or alcohol 

The alcohol content is removed from our products during the cooking process.  However products with an alcohol used in their ingredients list for flavor include.

  • Balsamic Fig Moustarda (red wine)

  • Sour Cherry Spiced Wine (red wine)

  • Rum Toddy Toffee (rum/schnapps)

  • Cranberry Orange Cognac (Cognac Liqueur)

  • Wild Blueberry Maple Walnut (red wine)

A large component of our creative ingredients are wheat and gluten free. Please note that we do include on our label "Made in a Facility Where: Fish, Crustacean Shellfish, Wheat, Tree Nuts, Peanuts, Soybeans and Milk May Be Present".  We thoroughly clean and disinfect all equipment in between production runs however we are not a certified gluten free facility.
