This full bodied onion jam pairs perfectly with an aged cheddar, a sharp blue cheese and a nutty Manchego and delicious with salami, soppressata and dry cured sausage.
Sour Cherry Spiced Wine Fruit Compote - Whole sour cherries from upstate NY are simmered in a robust red wine reduction sauce with aromatic winter spices and a pinch of cracked black pepper - pair this sour cherry compote with goats cheese, blue cheese and duck paté.
