Grilled Beef Tacos and Spicy Mango Salsa

Our Spicy Summer Mango Chutney is an excellent accompaniment to these Mexican spiced grilled steak tacos. Serve with a squeeze of lime and a dollop of sour cream. Delish!
1lb Sirloin Steak
Wozz! Spicy Summer Mango Chutney
1 Red Pepper Grilled diced
1/2 Red Onion small dice
1can Black Beans drained
10 sprigs Cilantro picked
12 Corn Tortilla Rounds
Marinade sirloin beef strips with your favorite Mexican rub & juice of 1 lime.
(a blend of 1tbs paprika, cumin, 1/2tbs garlic powder, 1tsp chilli powder and pinch of salt is all I used)
The Bean Salad: grill your red peppers for bean salad 3 minutes each side, allow to cool then dice.
Combine all other ingredients with the juice of 1/2 lime and 2 tbs of Wozz! Spicy Summer Mango Chutney as a dressing. Set aside.
Grill your sirloin strips allow to rest for a moment then slice up.
Warm through your corn tortilla's as per packet instructions.
Serve ingredients separate with extra wedges of lime. Build your own tacos, finishing with extra Wozz! Spicy Summer Mango Chutney and sour cream.
