Grilled Peach and Balsamic Fig Pizza with Bacon, Basil and Brie

We are in the high of summer, late July, and I don't think there is a pizza recipe that anticipates a summers day more than this one.   Grilled summer ripened peaches, crispy bacon, fresh garden basil,  Vermont farmstead cheese and our Balsamic Fig Mostarda as the's a combination you can't resist!  This pizza tastes better than it looks...and I think it looks pretty good.


Roll out refrigerated pizza dough  (who has time to make dough in summer?...not me)
Fresh Summer Peaches
Fresh Basil 
Bacon (we used NH North Country Smokehouse Applewood Smoked)
Vermonst Farmstead Lille Cheese (tastes like brie but better)
Wozz! Balsamic Fig Mostarda Savory Spread 


Preheat oven to 425 degrees 

Roll out pizza dough and spread Wozz! Balsamic Fig Mostarda Spread over pizza dough.

Crisp up your bacon in a pan and set aside (don't overcook it because you are still going to put pizza in the oven)

Cut peaches into wedges, brush both sides with olive oil and grill on medium high heat on both sides until nice grill marks appear on both sides

Assemble your pizza by placing sliced brie cheese wedges, grilled peaches, bacon and fresh basil on top of the dough with Wozz! Balsamic Fig Mostarda spread as your pizza base.

Cook in oven for 8-14 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
