Our Triple Ale Onion Savory Spread makes an unbelievable french onion bacon dip to serve with chips and crackers at a family gathering or holiday event!  It's super easy and absolutely delicious.

Onion Jam Dip with Bacon

Ingredients:

1 3/4 cup Sour Cream
8 ounces Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Wozz! Triple Ale Onion Spread and extra for garnish
2 Tbs Chopped Green Onions 
2 strips Thick Cut Bacon 
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
Cracked Black Pepper to taste
Cape Cod Kettle Chips

Method:

In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy, remove and drain on paper towel.  Crumble.  Save about a 1/2 strip crumbled for garnish.

In a medium mixing bowl, add cream cheese and beat on slow speed until softened.  Add sour cream, Wozz Triple Ale Onion Spread, Chopped Green Onions, Garlic Powder, Salt, Black Pepper and Crumbled Bacon and beat on slow speed until combined.  Mix all ingredients with spatula and spoon into serving bowl.  Add additional salt and pepper if desired (adjust to taste). 

Top with a spoonful of Wozz! Triple Ale Onion Spread, crumbled bacon and additional chopped green onions. 

Serve with kettle chips.
