Shrimp and Vermicelli Salad with Sweet Orange Chili Dressing

A spicy cold Asian noodle salad for a hot summers day. Chilled shrimp are tossed through vermicelli noodles with chopped herbs, fresh vegetables and bean sprouts. Dressed with our Sweet Orange Chili Sesame Dressing.
Vermicelli Noodles (cook per package instructions- we usually cook them for about a minute or two)
Shrimp cooked, chilled and deveined
Cucumbers julienned into matchstick size
Carrots julienned into matchstick size
Red Cabbage julienned into matchstick size
Wozz! Sweet Orange Chili Sesame Dressing
Chopped peanuts (unsalted)
Place salad ingredients in bowl, add the juice of 1 squeezed lime and a little bit of Wozz! Sweet Orange Chili Dressing. Mix together. Finish off with a few more dollops of Wozz! Sweet Orange Chili Dressing and garnish with chopped peanuts over top.
