Cambodian Coconut Peanut Sauce
Inspired by a day out eating Cambodian street food this coconut peanut sauce is wonderfully "moreish" - you just can't stop. Made with USA sourced all natural peanut butter it adds a velvety creamy texture to the sauce. The peanut butter is then infused with coconut, chili, 100% lime juice and a medley of southeast Asian spices. The umami of shrimp paste and added turmeric spice contributes to the Cambodian flavor profile.
