Made with whole blueberries steeped in our own blend of spices and balsamic, this vinegar displays a deep and rich blueberry flavor enhanced with the sweetness of 100% pure NH maple syrup.  Fantastic drizzled over a grilled chicken, spinach, pecan and berry salad.  Winner of Yankee Magazine's Editors Choice Award.

Lemon Thyme Vinegar

Our newest vinegar addition!  Fresh lemons infused in cider vinegar with fresh fragrant thyme.  Mix this vinegar with olive oil for an outstanding lemon vinaigrette to serve over all your salads from grilled chicken and mixed greens to tuna salad nicoise.  An all around classic vinegar.

Japanese Sesame Miso Dressing

An Asian dressing that will make your taste buds rejoice. This dressing is a fusion of authentic Japanese ingredients including dashi, toasty sesame, mirin, ginger, sake and miso .  A perfect choice for a Chinese chopped chicken salad or over a cold noodle salad with shredded carrot and sesame seeds.  Also a great marinade for chicken and salmon which can then be added to the salad of your choice.

Raspberry Red Wine Vinegar

Our Raspberry Red Wine Vinegar is a wonderful full bodied finishing vinegar infused with sweet juicy raspberries in aged red wine vinegar. This vinegar is fantastic drizzled over a summer spinach and goats cheese salad with candied walnuts and fresh berries.
