Our Spicy Tomato Kasundi is a savory spicy tomato based barbecue sauce. We slow cook tomatoes in a medley of aromatic spices including cumin, paprika, ginger and chili until it develops into a rich sauce. It's delicious with eggs and hash browns for breakfast and it's awesome on burgers, chicken, steaks and potatoes for dinner. It's a pretty special sauce and it turns this ham and egg bagel into the ultimate breakfast sandwich.

Ham Egg and Avocado Breakfast Bagel with Spicy Tomato Kasundi BBQ Sauce

Ingredients:

Egg
Butter or Oil (to fry egg)
Sliced Maple Ham (thinly sliced deli ham)
Avocado (1/2 fresh avocado sliced)
Arugula or Spinach (whatever you prefer or have)
Bagel
Salt and Pepper
Wozz! Spicy Tomato Kasundi Barbecue Sauce

Method:

Fry your egg over easy or sunny side up. However you prefer. Toast your bagel. Layer bagel with deli ham, avocado slices and arugula, place egg on top, sprinkle with salt and pepper and dollop Wozz! Spicy Tomato Kasundi BBQ Sauce on top.
