A super simple spinach berry and nut salad drizzled with our Balsamic Blueberry & Maple Vinegar.
Ingredients
Baby Spinach Leaves
Fresh Raspberries
Fresh Blueberries
Fresh Snap Peas
Fresh Sliced Avocado
Pecans
Wozz! Balsamic Blueberry & Maple Vinegar
Season with Salt and Pepper to taste
Recipe
Arrange baby spinach, snap peas, blueberries, raspberries, sliced avocado and pecans on plate. Drizzle with Balsamic Blueberry & Maple Vinegar.
*I don't add oil to this salad, but if you prefer a little oil, add a drizzle. You can also add goats cheese or feta and exchange the pecans for almonds.
