Grapefruit Honey Vinaigrette
We use our Grapefruit Juniper and Honey Vinegar to make this complex vibrant grapefruit honey vinaigrette. The sweetness from the honey offsets the mild bitterness from the grapefruit and the extra splash of cider vinegar gives the dressing a good tang. Serve over a simple salad of greens with shaved parmesan or crumbled goats cheese or drizzle over a shaved fennel salad with citrus and prosciutto.
Grapefruit Honey Vinaigrette
2 Tbs Olive Oil
3 Tbs Wozz! Grapefruit Juniper and Honey Vinegar
1 Tbs Apple Cider Vinegar or White Vinegar
1/4 tsp Salt
pinch of pepper
Add ingredients to small bowl. Whisk until combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
