Lentil Salad with Chermoula Dressing
A quick, easy and hearty salad somewhat similar to the flavors of tabbouleh. Made with fresh parsley, mint and our lemony North African Chermoula Dressing.
Ingredients:
Lentils
Fresh Parsley chopped
Fresh Mint chopped
Wozz! North African Chermoula Dressing
To Cook Lentils:
Follow instructions on packet. (basically boil water, add lentils, cook for instructed amount of time, drain)
Add to lentils, chopped parsley and mint and drizzle with Wozz! North African Chermoula Dressing. Toss through and serve.
