Brie and Balsamic Fig Mini Tarts

If you need to whip up an appetizer in 10 minutes, these brie and balsamic fig mini tarts are the perfect go-to. 

Brie and Balsamic Fig Mini Tarts

Ingredient:

Mini Phyllo Tartlets (I used Athen fillo (phyllo) mini tarts, found in the frozen pie crust section of grocery store)
Wozz! Balsamic Fig Mostarda Spread
Brie Cheese or Lille Cheese (I used Lille Cheese from Vermont Farmstead Cheese Co. - an ancestor to brie and it's an amazing cheese)
Fresh Thyme

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Arrange mini tart shells on a baking sheet, fill with a small slice of brie or lille cheese, top with a sprinkle of fresh thyme, add a small spoonful of Wozz! Balsamic Fig Mostarda Spread.

Bake in oven for 10 minutes.

Garnish with a sprinkle of fresh thyme leaves and serve.
