Corned Beef Reuben with Southern Style Rustic Mustard "Russian" Dressing

Shaved corn beef piled high on toasted marble pumpernickel rye bread with melted swiss cheese, sauerkraut and our Southern Style Rustic Mustard "Russian" Dressing.  This sandwich belongs on an episode of "Diners, Drive-In's and Dives" because this reuben is off-the-hook-crazy-good-batman.

Marble Rye Pumpernickel Bread
Shaved Corned Beef
Swiss Cheese
Sauerkraut (drain through sieve to remove extra moisture)
Wozz! Southern Style Rustic Mustard

For The Southern Style Rustic Mustard "Russian" Dressing 

2 1/2 Tbs Mayonnaise
1 Tbs Ketchup (or you can substitute the ketchup with our Spicy Tomato Kasundi if desired)
1 Tbs Wozz! Southern Style Rustic Mustard 


1.  To Make Russian Dressing:  in a small bowl whisk together mayo, ketchup and Wozz! Southern Style Rustic Mustard.  Set aside.

2. Heat Oven to 400 degrees.

3.  Butter both sides of bread.  In a skillet on stove top, lightly fry each side of bread.

3.  Transfer bread slices to baking sheet, on one of the bread slices, construct an open sandwich by layering 2 slices swiss cheese, spread Wozz! Southern Style Rustic Mustard on top of cheese, add shaved corned beef, add another 2 slices of swiss cheese.  Bake in oven for a few minutes until cheese is nice and bubbly.

4.  Remove from oven, add sauerkraut to top of cheese, add Wozz! Southern Style Rustic Mustard "Russian Dressing" and then top with your other slice of toasted bread.  Serve with a side of pickles.
