Cucumber Salad with Japanese Sesame Dressing
A super simple, healthy and delicious Asian salad of freshly cut cucumbers and red onion dressed with our Japanese Sesame Miso Dressing and finished with sesame seeds.
Ingredients:
English Cucumber - Partially peeled, cut in half lengthwise, seeds removed with a small spoon and cut into 1/2 inch thick half moons
1/2 cup Red Onion sliced thin
1/4 cup Flat Leaf Parsley - rough chop
1/4 cup Wozz! Japanese Sesame Miso Dressing
Sesame Seeds - garnish
Fresh Parsley - garnish
Recipe:
Prep all ingredients, combine, and serve.
Note: After 5 hours dressed, the cucumber in this salad was still fresh and crisp, making it a great salad for cookouts and picnics
