Lamb Gyros | Beet Tzatziki

Moroccan spiced lamb burgers in grilled naan bread with Indian Spiced Beet tzatziki.

For your Burgers:

1 pound grass fed ground lamb
2 tsp Ras El Hanout spice mix
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper

For salad mix:
Fresh Mint leaves
Scallions chopped

For Tzatziki:
3 Tbs Greek Yogurt (I use Fage brand)
3 Tbs Wozz! Indian Spiced Beetroot Spread

First make your tzatzki, mix ingredients and you are done.  (too easy!)

Mix together burger ingredients.  Form your patties.  Turn grill onto medium high heat, let get nice and hot and grill each patty for approx 3-4 minutes on each side.  Once cooked throughout, removed from heat and place on paper towel. 

Brush both sides of naan bread with a bit of olive oil and heat in large skillet on medium high heat for just a minute or so on each side until nicely browned (be careful not to burn)

Once naan is done, place on plate, add your fresh mint leaves and arugula, top with lamb patty, beet tzatziki and chopped scallions.

Now DEVOUR.  You will be forever grateful.
