Lemon Tahini Hummus

This lemon tahini hummus recipe is so easy to make and it's delicious served with a veggie platter and grilled naan bread.  Incorporating our sugar free vegan Lemon Green Tahini Dressing with the chickpeas in this recipe adds a bright lemony dill herbaceous flavor to the hummus which I love.  Homemade hummus is now a staple in my fridge - and this lemon tahini one is my favorite - just perfect for vegan veggie wraps and sandwiches and a much healthier alternative to ranch dressing for dipping.

Lemon Tahini Hummus

Ingredients:

1 can chickpeas (drained - set aside the chickpea juice to use in your hummus)
3 Tbs Olive Oil
Juice of 1 Large Lemon
1 tsp salt
1 garlic clove
1/2 Cup Wozz! Lemon Green Tahini Dressing

How To Make:

In a food processor, add lemon juice and clove of garlic and pulse until finely chopped.  Add chickpeas, salt, 1/4 cup of chickpea juice, Wozz! Lemon Green Tahini Dressing and olive oil and puree until smooth.  With the machine running, stream in additional chickpea juice until hummus is nice and smooth. Season with additional salt if desired.  

Spoon hummus into bowl for serving, drizzle with olive oil and top with fresh dill and sesame seeds.  Add a sprinkle of salt and pepper.

Serve with sides of your choice - warm naan bread, vegetables - carrots, cucumbers, broccoli, pita chips, crackers.
