Potstickers with Ginger Soy Dipping Sauce

You don't really need a recipe for this one! Simply grab your favorite frozen potstickers from the grocery store (or make them from scratch if you have the time), heat them up in a skillet and serve with our award winning Ginger Soy Infusion Sauce.

Method

In a medium skillet on medium high heat add about a tablespoon of oil to the bottom of your pan. Sear your potstickers flat side down for a couple minutes until browned on bottom.

Add a little water to the pan (about 1/2 a cup give or take) and immediately cover with tight fitting lid, allowing the potstickers to steam. Turn heat down to a simmer until they are done cooking (about 6-7 minutes or until translucent on top).
