Sauteed Green Beans with Wozz! Triple Ale Onion and Bacon
Green Beans (approx 1 pound, ends removed)
Wozz! Triple Ale Onion Spread
Bacon (3 thick rashes cut into 2 inch pieces)
Boil salted water on stove top, add green beans and blanch for 2-3 minutes. Remove with slotted spoon and place in a cold water ice bath and drain. Set aside.
In a skillet on stove top, cook bacon until crispy. Remove bacon with slotted spoon and set on paper towel. Leave 1 Tbs of bacon fat in pan, discard the rest. Add green beans and sautee over medium high heat for a minute, add a couple spoonfuls of Wozz! Triple Ale Onion Spread. Stir together, cook for another minute.
Place into serving dish and top with crispy bacon pieces.
