Triple Ale Onion Bacon Cheeseburger

Yum! I'm making this.

What do you get when you take a Bacon Cheeseburger and add Wozz! Triple Ale Onion Spread to it?

The most mouthwatering delicious flavor explosive bacon cheeseburger you have ever tasted.

 

-Ingredients |

1 pound Beef Mince/Hamburg (makes 2-3 burgers, depending on how big of a patty you want)
Thick Cut Bacon
Hamburger Buns
Sliced Sharp Cheddar
1 Egg White
Lettuce
Salt & Pepper
Wozz! Triple Ale Onion Spread

Method |

Preheat oven broiler.
Season hamburg with salt and pepper and form into patties.
In a skillet on medium high heat, cook bacon until crisp.  Remove and place on paper towel.
On stove top on medium high heat, cook burgers for 3-4 minutes on each side (cook to your liking).  Brush top of hamburger buns with egg wash (if desired for a shiny finish) and pop under broiler for a couple minutes.  While buns are cooking, place cheddar on burgers, turn off heat, cover and allow to melt.
Remove buns from oven and assemble your burger.  Bun, lettuce, burger, bacon and then top with Wozz! Triple Ale Onion Spread.  Enjoy.  (you will never again go back to ketchup :)
