Wozz! Winter Favorites Sauces, Condiments and Spreads Set Includes:
Winter Spiced Fruits and Honey Confit
Our Winter Spiced Fruits and Honey Confit is a sweet pickled dried fruit chutney with glistening cherries, apricots, cranberries, golden sultanas, fresh rosemary and candied oranges. A delicious addition to all your winter roasts from pork tenderloin to roast turkey, baked ham and duck. This dried fruit chutney also makes a wonderful festive addition to a holiday cheese or charcuterie board. Perfect over a baked brie or atop goats cheese.
Moroccan Tomato and Onion Relish and Simmer Sauce
Tomatoes, onion and garlic are slowly simmered in a medley of Moroccan spices including cumin, fennel and Ras El Hanout. This rich Moroccan tomato sauce makes a variety of warm and cozy dishes for the winter months and is a wonderful addition to the crockpot. Some of our favorite winter dishes include Moroccan Meatballs, Moroccan Lamb Ragu and Cabbage Rolls with Moroccan Tomato Sauce.

Ginger Soy Infusion Sauce and Marinade
Our Ginger Soy Infusion Sauce is a sweet complex fusion of fresh chopped garlic and ginger, rice wine vinegar, 100% fresh lemon juice, organic tamari and sesame seeds. One of our most versatile sauces, it can be added to the crockpot for beef and ramen noodles or for sticky teriyaki style meatballs with rice. This sauce can also be used as a glaze for broiled scallops or salmon, which can be served as a casual weeknight meal or for holiday entertaining. Our Ginger Soy Infusion Sauce also makes a delicious dipping sauce for potstickers, dumplings, spring rolls, sushi or chicken fingers.

Our signature cheese pairing condiment and the perfect sweet and savory fig jam to pair with all your favorite holiday appetizers. Our award winning Balsamic Fig Mostarda Spread is a combination of sweet figs, fresh pears, red wine, balsamic vinegar and mustard spice. In addition to cheese plates and charcuterie boards, this fig spread is a delicious accompaniment to a winter baked ham or roast beef. You can also add as a base to gourmet flatbreads or add to your next grilled cheese sandwich.
Sichuan Chili Garlic Dan Dan Sauce
A deeply complex savory sauce with aromatic warm winter spices, house made chili oil, organic tamari, Chinese black vinegar and sesame tahini. The chili spice leaves that little mouth numbing tingly finish we all crave with a traditional Sichuan sauce which is a nice way to warm up during the winter months. Serve over Asian noodles with ground pork and or use as a stir fry sauce (we love it with this Kung Pao Chicken Stir Fry). Add this sauce to winter soups and crockpot dishes, we love it with ramen noodles bowls and Pho style soups with slow cooked beef.

Cranberry Saffron Vinegar
Our cranberry saffron vinegar is a slow infusion of cranberries with fresh orange, cider vinegar and fragrant spices including cinnamon, star anise and velvety saffron. A wonderful vinegar for the holiday season. Drizzle over a fried goats cheese and candied walnut salad or over a roasted butternut squash salad with spinach. Our Cranberry Saffron Vinegar also works as a cocktail mixer, add a splash or two to bourbon with fresh orange slices and sprig of rosemary for a seasonal aperitif.
