Ginger Soy Grilled Pork Chops with Mango Chutney
Ahhh yes...it's finally summer. The grill is out, the pool is open, the garden is growing and life is good! We have been eagerly awaiting grill season to get some recipes done for you that are focused around summer. So here we start with these ginger soy grilled pork chops topped with our spicy summer mango chutney.
Ginger Soy Grilled Pork Chops with Mango Chutney
Ingredients:
Center Cut Pork Chops
Wozz! Ginger Soy Infusion Sauce
Fresh Cilantro
Fresh Chili (to garnish)
Fresh Lime Wedges (to garnish)
Wozz! Spicy Summer Mango Chutney
Recipe:
Marinate pork chops in Wozz! Ginger Soy Infusion Sauce for 4 hours or overnight.
Oil your grill (we used an outdoor grill) and get your grill really hot, then turn it down to low and grill pork chops on each side (long enough to get nice grill marks on each side of your pork chop) then transfer the chops to the upper rack of grill (or away from flame), with cover down, let cook through on low heat. (check temp with meat thermometer until internal temp 160 - unless you like it pink)
Remove once finished and top with Wozz! Spicy Summer Mango Chutney. Garnish with fresh lime, chili and cilantro.
