Our lemon green tahini is packed with fresh lemon zing, creamy tahini and bunches of fresh dill and greens. This combo works obviously well with these grilled salmon steaks. They are easy to make, perfect for a low carb diet and flat out delicious.
If you are not a salmon lover, swap out the salmon for a different fish. Our Lemon Green Tahini is absolutley delicious over crab cakes, tilapia, haddock, shrimp, etc.
Grilled Salmon Steaks with Lemon Green Tahini Sauce
Salmon Steaks ( 2 large)
Wozz! Lemon Green Tahini Dressing & Sauce
Fresh Dill - chopped
Avocado Oil for your grill pan
Salt and Pepper
Season salmon with salt and pepper
Get your grill pan nice and hot, add your avocado oil and grill salmon steaks on each side for 6-7 minutes or until fish flakes with fork. *
Once finished drizzle with Wozz! Lemon Green Tahini Dressing and sprinkle with fresh chopped dill.
