Wild Blueberry Maple Walnut Fruit Compote (with balsamic and rosemary)

Our Wild Blueberry Maple Walnut Compote is a beautiful combination of wild Maine blueberries steeped in balsamic with fresh rosemary, pure NH Maple Syrup and toasted walnuts. The sweet yet tart wild blueberries with balsamic give this compote a nice acidity and the rosemary adds a light piney floral accent.  The maple and walnut are a classic New England inspired pairing adding a nice rustic depth of flavor.
