Dessert Cheese Pairing with Crozier Blue and Rum Toddy Toffee Sauce

A sophisticated dessert cheese plate pairing that is simple yet decadent.  A complimenting clash of salty creamy Crozier blue cheese on Effies Rye biscuits and a drizzle of our Rum Toddy Toffee Dessert Sauce.  (think of this dessert as a complex sophisticated caramel cheesecake)

Crozier blue is made by Cashel of Ireland.  It's a sheep milk blue and I think it is a wonderful accompaniment to a dessert style cheese board, especially with our caramel rum toddy sauce because of its ultra creaminess and slight saltiness.   Serve with toasted walnuts and sliced apple for a beautiful simple dessert cheese plate.
