Inspired by a day out eating Cambodian street food this sauce is wonderfully "moreish" - you just can't stop. We collaborated with Vermont Peanut Butter Company to get the best local all natural peanut butter we could find. Made with USA sourced peanuts it adds a velvety creamy texture to the sauce. The peanut butter is then infused with coconut, chili, 100% lime juice and a medley of southeast Asian spices. The umami of shrimp paste and added turmeric spice contributes to the Cambodian flavor profile. This sauce is ideal for creamy peanut noodles, grilled chicken satay, shrimp stir fry and for dipping rice paper rolls.
