Introduction

Our Moroccan Tomato Onion Relish is savory, tangy and full of chunks. Bursting with the richness of cumin, fennel seed and little cracked pepper for spice. A summer barbeque staple, perfect on grilled chicken and beef.  A great base ingredient for soups and stews. Delicious on cheese platters, sandwiches, paninis and burgers. Fold it through quinoa or couscous. Use it everywhere you would fresh tomato or tomato sauce including Pasta, pizza, salad, sausage and steak. An alternative quick and easy gourmet topping for bruschetta and crostini.
