Moroccan Tomato Lentil Coconut Curry

It packs a healthy punch and is full of Moroccan flavor - our Moroccan Tomato Relish is made by simmering tomatoes and onions in a blend of toasted spices including cumin, coriander, fennel, ras el hanoul and mustard seeds, so this relish makes this dish. Simply simmer the lentils in the sauce with a bit of water and add coconut milk. That's about it. You can serve it with a side of rice and naan bread if desired.
Moroccan Tomato Lentil Coconut Curry Ingredients
3/4 cup lentils
1 Jar of water (you are going to fill the empty jar of Moroccan Tomato Onion Relish with water)
1 can coconut cream
Moroccan Tomato Lentil Coconut Curry Method
Add Jar of Wozz! Moroccan Tomato Onion Relish and jar of water to a sauce pan with tight fitting lid.
Bring to a simmer, add lentils and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally during cooking.
Add coconut cream, simmer with lid off until consistency is desired and lentils are soft.
Serve with a side of rice and naan bread. Garnish with fresh chopped herbs of your choice.
