Our Cranberry Saffron Vinegar displays a wonderful spiced tartness with a toasty saffron finish, a surprisingly suited pairing of old and new world ingredients. A wonderful salad dressing for all you salad greens and an elegant finishing touch to roasted white meats. Also suited well for cocktails and seltzers.
These wonderful vinegars go through two slow infusion stages, before final aging. The results being gourmet vinegars with a slightly thicker consistency, rich natural flavor, color and just enough sweetness to balance the acidity. A method that can not be rushed and is only achieved using whole fruit ingredients, patience and time.
