Hummus and Veggie Sandwich with Pickled Beet Relish
Your everyday veggie sandwich just got "Wozz'ed up" with our Indian Spiced Pickled Beet Relish. Creamy hummus layered with fresh sliced avocado, cucumber, broccoli sprouts and topped with our award winning Indian Spiced Pickled Beet Relish.
Ingredients:
2 slices whole grain bread (or whatever bread you have on hand)
1/2 avocado sliced
hummus (whatever kind you like)
1/3 english cucumber sliced
sprouts (whatever sprouts you want and if you don't have them you can use lettuce, spinach, arugula - whatever greens you want)
Wozz! Indian Spiced Pickled Beet Relish
Method:
Make your sandwich! On bottom piece of bread, layer avocado then cucumber, then dollop some hummus, add a couple tablespoons of Wozz! Indian Spiced Pickled Beet Relish, top with sprouts or lettuce and then top with other piece of bread. VOILA!!! Enjoy!
