Salmon Fillet with skin
Wozz! Japanese Sesame Miso Dressing
Salt and Pepper
Spring OnionAvocado Oil
Pat the salmon fillet dry, salt and pepper, brush both sides of fish with avocado oil (brush well with oil to prevent the fillets from sticking and breaking)
In a hot grill pan or on the "barbie" sear salmon (skinless side onto grill pan first) for 1-2 minutes. With a metal spatula, carefully flip salmon onto skin side and sear an additional 1-2 minutes.
Serve with Wozz! Japanese Sesame Miso Dressing over top with chopped spring onions.
(You can also marinate the fillets in the Japanese Sesame Miso Dressing for 20 minutes prior to grilling just make sure to still brush fillets with oil prior to grilling).
