Triple Ale Onion Jam Spread with Cheddar Pairing

Our Triple Ale Onion Savory Spread is a sweet savory caramelized onion jam with a hoppy kick and it's incredible paired with cheddar. I prefer to pair it with a really good aged cheddar such as Cabot Clothbound Cheddar, Harmans Aged Cheddar or Grafton Village Grand Reserve Aged Cheddar. I keep these pairings low key with crackers and salami and usually enjoy this with a nice cold craft beer.
