Healthy Sweets | Avocado Chocolate Smoothie
I can't say this is necessarily low calorie but I can say it's full of heart healthy fats which are essential for a healthy diet. Call it dessert, call it breakfast, call it a meal replacement. It's a creamy chocolate shake and it's good for you. Finally right?
Ingredients:
8 ounces of Vanilla Almond Milk
1 Tablespoon of Raw Almond Butter
2 Tablespoons of Cacao Powder
4 Ice Cubes or equivalent in Crushed Ice
1/2 Avocado
1/2 Banana (I used frozen)
1 Tablespoon Honey
1 Tablespoon Ground Flax Seeds
Blend and Serve.
