Bruschetta Caponata Relish:
A Sicilian inspired relish with fresh seared eggplant, tomatoes, roasted red peppers, olives, garlic and capers. Delicious spooned over grilled asparagus, eggplant, zucchini or summer squash with a little drizzle of olive oil, fresh herbs and parmesan. Serve this relish with grilled breads, spoon atop hummus or fold through lentil and bean salads with fresh herbs.

Balsamic Fig Mostarda:
Our Balsamic Fig Mostarda sauce is a go-to sauce for us when glazing carrots, brussels sprouts or sweet potatoes. Simply par boil your vegetables then toss in our Balsamic Fig Mostarda Sauce, add a little extra dash of balsamic, a drizzle of olive and salt and pepper, then roast in the oven or sautée in a pan until cooked through. Simple and delicious. Add a little bacon and crumbled cheese (plant based versions as well) if desired. This fig spread is also delicious on a summer pizza with fresh cherry tomatoes, torn basil and burrata cheese.

Middle Eastern Shawarma Marinade and Sauce:
Our Middle Eastern Shawarma Sauce is an infusion of aromatic warm spices including cumin, cinnamon and cardamon, tangy citrus and fresh herbs. It's our absolute favorite marinade for roasted root vegetables including carrots, parsnips and sweet potatoes {especially during the fall and cooler weather}. A wonderful sauce for roasting cauliflower and making mushroom shawarma.
Spiced Beet Vinegar:
Our Spiced Beet Vinegar is an infusion of garden fresh sweet beets in cider vinegar with aromatic spices including cinnamon, bay leaf and orange zest. This vinegar is fantastic over a variety of salads from simple leafy green salads to hearty winter salads with warm vegetables and grains. It's delicious over summer grilled vegetables, tomato basil caprese salads, panzanella salads and roasted winter vegetables.
