Our Ginger Soy Infusion Dressing Marinade and Sauce is a fusion of fresh hand chopped garlic and ginger marinated in Japanese dashi and sweetened organic tamari. Finished with sesame seeds, this Asian dressing is perfect as a dipping sauce for pot stickers and egg rolls, as a marinade for chicken and steak tips, as a dressing for grilled chicken salads and is fantastic drizzled over Japanese style noodles.  This sauce also works as a great base for Japanese style soups.
