Vietnamese Mint Chili Lime Nuoc Cham Dipping Sauce, Dressing and Marinade

A bright sweet sour and mildly spicy dressing and dipping sauce inspired by the traditional Vietnamese dipping sauce, nuoc cham.  Organic green tea is infused with fresh sweetened lime, chili, fresh mint, toasted sesame, rice wine vinegar and fish sauce for a deliciously savory nuoc cham.  

This sauce is layered with the satisfying clash of sweet, sour, salt and spice is perfect for all your Asian style noodle salads - served either hot or cold.  This nuoc cham is a delicious dipping sauce for rice paper rolls, spring rolls, jumbo shrimp, Vietnamese pancakes and chicken skewers and makes a fantastic sauce or marinade for grilled seafood, fish, chicken, meatballs and lamb.
