Cranberry Orange and Cognac Chutney

New England cranberries combined with winter spices, fresh orange and a touch of cognac liquor.  This gorgeous cranberry chutney is a holiday favorite, pairing perfectly with roasted chicken and turkey.  Fantastic spooned atop a leftover Thanksgiving turkey and stuffing sandwich and delicious spread over brie and Camembert cheese.

Jamaican Jerk Pineapple Chutney

Aromatic warm and peppery jerk spice is combined with grilled pineapple and fresh mint in this pineapple chutney that is just bursting with authentic jerk flavor.  Finished with a touch of scotch bonnet chili pepper this sweet and savory pineapple chutney has nice bite of spice.  Spoon atop blackened fish, pulled pork sandwiches and shrimp tacos or simply serve with grilled chicken and rice. 

Sticky Date Candied Orange Chutney

Hand candied oranges are simmered with dates and a medley of warm spices.  The flavor of this date and orange chutney is reminiscent of Christmas fruit cake.  It is a classic accompaniment to cheese and is well paired with ham, pork and chicken.  Mix this rich chutney with couscous for a fabulous Moroccan style side dish or add to crock pot meatballs for a sophisticated yet simple party appetizer.
