Balsamic Fig Shredded Beef
A delicious recipe for making shredded beef in the crock pot. Simply add to a crockpot your chuck roast, beef broth, our Balsamic Fig Mostarda Spread and a little soy sauce. You can serve this over hot rolls, over mashed potatoes or use for pulled pork style sandwiches.
Beef Chuck Roast/ Pot Roast 3 lb
1 Cup Beef Broth
3/4 Jar Wozz! Balsamic Fig Mostarda Spread
1 1/2 Tbs Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Pepper
Season beef with salt and pepper.
To a crock pot on low heat, add beef broth, 3/4 Jar Wozz! Balsamic Fig Mostarda Spread, and soy sauce. Stir together in crock pot. Add your beef. Cook on low for 5 hours.
Once finished, remove beef from crockpot and shred apart with fork. It should shred very easily.
Serve over mashed potatoes or in sandwiches. Use leftover juices as gravy.
