Beef Chuck Roast/ Pot Roast 3 lb
1 Cup Beef Broth
3/4 Jar Wozz! Balsamic Fig Mostarda Spread
1 1/2 Tbs Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Salt
French Baguettes toasted and cut in half (I bought the kind that you prebake in oven for 7-8 minutes)
Add beef broth, 3/4 Jar Wozz! Balsamic Fig Mostarda Spread, Soy Sauce and Salt to Crock Pot and stir together. Add pot roast. Cook on low for 5 hours.
Once finished, remove beef from crock pot and shred apart with fork. It will shred very easily.
Cut baguette down middle and slice to open. Place a good heaping of shredded beef between bread. Add juices from crockpot into a dipping bowl and serve.
