Noodles with Cambodian Coconut Peanut Sauce Ingredients:
1/2 package Rice Noodles - follow package directions for cooking
Wozz! Cambodian Coconut Peanut Sauce
Fresh Cilantro
Fresh Chopped Red Chili (if you like it hot and spicy)
Lime Wedges
Crushed Peanuts
Noodles with Cambodian Coconut Peanut Sauce Method
Cook your rice noodles as directed on package, drain but you may need to add just a little extra water to keep moist before tossing with your sauce.
Toss hot noodles liberally with Wozz! Cambodian Coconut Peanut Sauce and top with cilantro, crushed peanuts, lime wedges and fresh chili (if desired)
Serve immediately with extra sauce. (rice noodles tend to dry out quickly so serve quickly).
