Orange Sesame Shrimp and Noodle Stir-Fry with Thai Basil
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
Shrimp (fresh or frozen - we used frozen) (4-6 shrimp per person)
2 Tbs Sesame Oil
1 package of hokkien noodles (found in Asian section of grocery store) (feel free to substitute with Lo Mein noodles - just cook per package instructions)
1/3 cup Wozz! Sweet Orange Chili Sesame Sauce and Dressing
1/4 cup water
1 Tbs Soy Sauce
Snap Peas (10 or so)
Thai Basil (regular basil is fine as well)
Spring Onion chopped
Chives chopped
Method:
In skillet on medium high heat, add sesame oil to pan and brown off shrimp for 2-3 minutes (until almost cooked through). Add snap peas, noodles, water and soy sauce, and toss through, cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute. Add sweet orange chili sauce, Thai basil, spring onion and chives and cook another 1-2 minute until warmed through. Serve. (the noodles cook fast so don't overcook)
