Grilled Sausages with Sauerkraut and Southern Rustic Mustard
Sausages on the grill are just a classic summer recipe, whether topped with grilled onions and peppers like at all the country fairs or topped with kraut and mustard, they are just a bbq staple. Back in Australia, they call it a sausage sizzle, at every agricultural field day or game day event, the 2 classics you will find on the grill are the sausages and steak sandwiches served on white bread....both so old school and simple yet so good.
Grilled Sausages with Sauerkraut and Southern Rustic Mustard
Ingredients:
Sausages (we used NH North Country Smokehouse Whiskey and Fennel Sausages)
Hot Dog Rolls
Sauerkraut
Wozz! Southern Style Rustic Mustard
Purple Basil For Garnish (but you can garnish with whatever you like - chopped red onions, red cabbage, fresh herbs, chives, whatever or you don't have to garnish at all)
Method:
Grill up your sausages, place in buns, top with sauerkraut and Wozz! Southern Style Rustic Mustard. Garnish if desired. Enjoy!
