Thai Hot Pepper Jelly Glazed Chicken Meatball Sub
Chicken meatballs are seasoned with garlic, ginger, soy and sesame, baked in the oven then glazed with our Thai Hot Pepper Jelly which adds a sweet sticky chili pop to the meatballs. The rolls are toasted on the grill then spread with mayo and filled with the meatballs, cilantro, mint and cucumber. If entertaining, you can use this recipe to make party sliders or just make the Thai Hot Pepper Jelly meatballs and serve as cocktail meatballs.
